Some of you may recognize Schuyler's old RC car - "The Frog".  He's dusted it off, given it a tune-up and it's back in action.  Since the girls are such car aficionados, they've been thrilled to see it perform...and Daddy has been happy to oblige. Bethany even made a stop/go flag to play along.  The second picture may seem strangely nostalgic...only the "kid" is a bit taller!

Just a few tears were shed by Mom when our first-born crossed the stage in a very special pre-school graduation ceremony.  Even Caroline dressed up for the occasion.  Each graduate walked the aisle themselves, then took their place on stage.  The children then performed a song for all the friends and family in attendance. (Bethany is the second from the left on the top row.)   They showed a video presentation while a soloist performed.  That was probably the worst "tear-jerker''...seeing all the baby pictures alongside the "big" graduates.  In the next picture, Bethany's class awaits their turn to walk the stage and receive their diplomas from the teacher.  Bethany had two awesome teachers this year who were so creative and encouraging...Bethany thrived in their class and is well-prepared for Kindergarten next year.  Uncle Clay, Papaw and Grandma attended the ceremony, as well as Daddy (who had to quickly get back to work) and little sister.

"The Hottest Day in 2005 in Dallas" so far was the day the guys picked for their annual campout...scheduling months in advance, they had no idea what they bargained for!  The kids didn't last long on the playground, so "roughing it" resorted to an electric fan plugged into the RV hookups, a DVD movie in the laptop for the kids, and the basketball game on a portable TV for the dads.  Doesn't look like much fun, but they did stay overnight and the kids still talk about wanting to go back!

The church picnic at the pool was a blur with two kids to monitor in the water, but I did manage one picture of Caroline and her friend Madison in matching swimsuits!

On Memorial Day, we met our friend Tim at the Cavanaugh Flight Museum in Addison for their "Warbirds Over Addison!" event.  We toured the hangars, played a few airplane games and caught the flight of the P-51.  Tim knows the man who piloted the aircraft for the show and introduced him to us.  The girls thought it was neat to meet the pilot of the plane, but were not sure about the loud noise the plane made!
