After years of searching, Bethany has finally found what she's looking for...click here.

Bethany has attended most of the birthday parties for her preschool friends.  Tatijana was a familiar face from last year, so Bethany returned to Pump It Up for Tatijana's party this year.  In a warehouse room full of inflatables, the kids have free reign for over an hour, then it's off to the party room for cake and ice cream.  Bethany played hard and had a blast!

The guys returned to Lake Ray Roberts near Denton for the second annual father/kids campout (see the first annual campout). This year, all 6 kids came along.  They roasted hot dogs for supper, played tag, climbed all over the playground, and sat around the campfire without incident.  Can you guess the kids in the group photo?  From left to right, Susannah, Caroline, Bethany, Tanner, Stephen, and Mia.  Bedtime proved to be the real adventure.  They divided up by family and somehow got all the kids to sleep.

Bethany is shown with her teacher, Ms. Selena, on the last day of school.  She had a fun school year with her class and progressed significantly in her writing skills.  Just one more year of preschool before she enters big K.  We picked her up from school that Thursday and headed south to San Antonio for a long weekend with Papaw/Grandma, the Hoangs, and Shamu!

Raytheon held an Open House at the end of the month, allowing families to come on-site and check out some of Raytheon's defense products.  The girls had fun climbing around the Humvee, although they didn't quite understand what Daddy's ITAS was supposed to do.  Then they climbed into a LAV (light armored vehicle), very similar to a tank.  Wouldn't it be fun to bring one of those home!

A new trend in suburbia is the "spray pad" for kids of all ages - water comes out of all different contraptions with no water depth or much risk.  The kids can run around on their own and Mommy just has to watch.  Of course, Bethany and Caroline love it.  I'm sure we'll be back at that park many times this summer.

Schuyler's parents came up for Memorial Day weekend.  The weather was nice so we obviously found lots of things to entertain the girls.  As long as it involves water, they're satisfied!

The word "Diva" comes to mind for the last picture.  We all know who's in charge around here!
