We're barely into November, but we already have some great pics. Bethany went on her first date with Tanner Friday night. Since neither Tanner nor Bethany can drive, Kiet and I went along. We met at Stonebriar Mall in Frisco. We had dinner at the California Pizza Kitchen, then got some pictures taken, played in the play area, rode the carousel, and played in Dave and Buster's (an adult Chuck E. Cheese). It was a fun evening for all.
Lindsey and Caroline stayed at home, where Caroline made a mess of a teething biscuit.
"Over the river and through the woods to Grammy's house we go..." We drove over several rivers and through lots of woods on our way to Schuyler's parents' home in Lake Charles for Thanksgiving. We enjoyed almost a whole week playing with Grammy, Pop-pop and Uncle Will. Bethany loved playing with some of her Daddy's old "friends" (aka toys). He had a really cool fire truck when he was little. Schuyler also enjoyed playing with toys - Will's radio-controlled airplane and his Dad's model train set. Caroline just liked having a new place to explore. Uncle Kenton joined us from Houston on Thanksgiving Day. Since we won't see the uncles again until next year, we exchanged Christmas gifts early. Bethany helped everyone with their presents.
